The game engine has improved continously since the first season. One of the keys that you`ll get here is immediate impact. There are lots of sports manager games out there where it`s mostly a guessing game and then you give up. The learning curve in those is FOREVER and your time is precious. So more often than not, you quit before being able to figure out how to win. Not here, setting tactics and custom skill allocation gives immediate and intuitive feedback and control.
Another aspect we try to balance is the results, between fantasy and realism. Our target is to have a little bit of both. Create the perfect balance between the NB2K series and the NBA LIVE series.
